Basic idea
The hands manipulate the keys as efficiently as possible.
What’s involved
Your fingers need to stay in a comfortable shape and close enough to the keys to move efficiently. Speed depends on strength, coordination, and how efficiently you apply force. Your hand and wrist also move as needed to reach different keys.
Philosophy
Efficiency comes from reducing tension and unnecessary movement, not from keeping the hands still.
